Platform Features

In order to meet the needs of all users, the BOK platform provides several ways to receive reservations.

This can be done in three ways. First, your customer can make a reservation through a website created using the Bok platform. Second, if you already have your own website, you can complement it with our widget, which will also allow your customers to make bookings. Finally, you can manually add an update about a new booking: this can be useful for bookings that come in a form other than online.

Once your reservation has been received by the system, you will be notified immediately and the service delivery process will begin.
